Fashionista Dreams

The Tess Tulip shorts from  Bella Sunshine  are my sisters favorites, She loves the fit of them.  They are really comfortable and have personality to them, this pair I added some trim to to compliment the fabric. The petal in the front even with out the trim though is such a fun and cute addition from basic shorts. I feel like they look a step up with it.  This fabric is from  Lilyrose . I love the colors and this background makes me smile overtime I see it, it has an authentic feel like from the movie. 

My sister is a HUGE Bob Ross fan. One day we were all hanging out and my mom mentioned him in passing, I had no idea who he was she pulled him up on Netflix. Kaylee became obsessed! They have a lot of similar personality traits in terms of finding beauty in things, simple pleasures, love of painting, animals, and just being super chill.  Bob Ross is actually how we found  Fabriculous Custom Fabrics . We were hunting for something special for her. Mandi has run it a few times now, including a recent holiday run which I am super excited to get in because of the plans we have for it!  But back on point, when  Bella Sunshine Designs  said they were going to do a little update on the Tess Tulip shorts I knew she needed a whole new Bobby outfit, yes she calls him Bobby, I just roll with it cause while super chill she takes Bob and painting pretty serious.  So here they are! When I saw this s'mores fabric was coming I was so excited! One of the things I have really missed having braces is s'mores! My siblings have asked for them several times but my parents remind them that I love them too and not being able to eat them leaves me out of the fun. So when I saw this fabric I knew I needed it for them and for them to do s'mores pictures!  I made my sister a modified crop top from  Ellie & Mac  with these cute coordinating shorts from  Bella Sunshine . I loved how they complimented the fabric form  Momsters .  I made my brother his favorite tank style from  Peek-a-boo . My little sister Kaylee has big dreams for her future, she's going to be a singer, solider, race car driver, model. She plans to be very busy! She loves helping me pick the style and fabric for the things I make her. Often when I am testing something she is somewhat limited by what I am assigned, this time it was wide open and I think she made great choices! The Daisy from Bella Sunshine Designs  is a hi-low top, or dress, or maxi, it has a straight hem option, along with the ruffle seen here and 3 necklines! She choose a sweetheart neckline with the hi-low and of course a ruffle. She was really excited about the tie on the back.  The tie back is an actual tie, but there is also elastic along the back to help the top/dress hold shape and fit properly. The sweetheart neckline is just a bit of flare too, the other options include straight and scoop.
